Brian Miller
Brian joined the Team Bodybuilding Sponsor/Assistance Program in February 1995. Brian worked out hard and continues too at the Little Creek Gym, in Norfolk, VA. In his first contest he had the composure of a pro and got the audience into his posing routine. Brian took third place in the Mr Teenage Virginia Bodybuilding Contest, Tall Division. Brian is competing again in the Fall Clasic, The 1996 Old Dominion Bodybuilding Championships. He will be weighing almost 25 pounds heavier. Brian is a full time student at Old Dominion University. He has been hitting the weights hard and heavy trying to bulk-up. He recently has enjoyed Saturdays lifting at the Team Bodybuilding Gym with Ken. They do a massive leg and glute workout.The change in leg routines defintely shows in his glutes and quads. He's hitting the tanning bed now to get a good base tan.
